All payments must be made online.
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover
After purchasing your ticket you will receive an email from Better Bus and Google Checkout confirming your purchase.
Approximately 48 hours before your departure, you will receive an email that provides the bus number you are assigned to.
***if you do not receive either of these emails, please contact us immediately***
Boarding the Bus
YOU DO NOT NEED A PAPER TICKET to board the bus!
The Better Bus uses a reservation checklist, so all you need is a form of photo identification to board.
Baggage Info, Cancellations/Refunds/Transfers
Try to keep luggage to one large bag to stow and one small carry-on
If your travel plans change and you no longer need your Better Bus ticket, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so someone else can catch a ride
The cancellation fee is twenty dollars (meaning you would receive a refund of 54 dollars for a round trip ticket)
Better Bus must be notified of all cancellations 5 days prior to departure in order for passengers to receive any refund.
