Payment
All payments must be made online.
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover
Ticketing Procedure
After purchasing your ticket you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
Approximately 48 hours before your departure, you will receive an email that provides:
- The Bus # you are assigned to (e.g. Bus #2)
- The exact departure time at your stop
***if you do not receive either of these emails, please contact us immediately***
Boarding the Bus
You do not need a paper ticket to board the bus!
The Better Bus uses a reservation checklist, so all you need is a form of photo identification to board.
Baggage Info, Cancellations/Refunds/Transfers
Try to keep luggage to one large bag to stow and one small carry-on
If your travel plans change and you no longer need your Better Bus ticket, please email us at info@betterbus.com so someone else can catch a ride
The cancellation fee is twenty dollars (meaning you would receive a refund of 54 dollars for a round trip ticket)
Better Bus must be notified of all canellations 5 days prior to departure for passengers to recieve their refund (minus cancellation fee).
